What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Can I arrive late in the evening or at night?
The reception is staffed at night too, so you can check in even if you arrive late. Please let us know in advance if you will arrive late.
Where do I park and what does it cost?
Parking costs €9 per car per night. Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved in advance.
Can I bring a dog? Is there a fee?
Dogs are welcome. The fee is €10 per dog per night.
What is the cancellation policy?
A stay booked directly with the hotel can be cancelled free of charge more than 14 days before arrival. Cancellations 14 days or less before arrival are charged at 100% of the accommodation price.
Is breakfast included? What time is it served?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Served in the hotel’s own restaurant, right in the hotel. Breakfast costs €12 per person. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.
How much does a room cost per night?
A room for one or two costs 79–129 € a night, depending on the date. Single room 79–99 €, Standard or Classic double 89–119 €, suite 99–129 €. Family room (two connected rooms for four) from €175. The price depends on the season and the day of the week. The booking shows the exact price for your dates.
How can I pay? Can you invoice a company?
Card payment is accepted at the reception. Companies and groups receive a proforma invoice.
Is there a local tourist tax on top of the rate?
The local tourist tax is €1.60 per person per night.
We are travelling with children — do you have cots and extra beds?
Cots on request, free of charge. Most rooms take an extra bed. An extra bed costs €25 per night.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including the rooms.
Can I come for dinner even if I am not staying?
The restaurant is open to non-residents as well. Book a table at the reception.
How does the private spa work? Can I come without staying at the hotel?
The spa is on the 5th floor of the hotel, with a balcony overlooking the whole town. It is booked in advance at the reception. The entire spa is reserved exclusively for your group during your booked session. The spa can also be booked by visitors who are not staying at the hotel.
What does the private spa cost?
A private session costs €20 per person for 1.5 hours. The price covers the whole spa just for you: the hot tub, the Finnish sauna, a shower and the balcony overlooking the town. The spa is available daily from 10:00 to 21:00.
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi covers the whole hotel and is free for all resident guests.
